Division

Multimedia Command Center

A studio makes things when asked. A command center runs an operation.

Purpose

Why this division exists

The largest and most visible division, and the one clients most often come to us for. It produces and operates everything the public encounters: the message, the design, the photography, the film, the press, the digital channels, the outdoor advertising, the print and the events.

It sets a message for the week, produces against it across every channel at once, watches how the public responds, corrects inside the same week and reports what happened. Production is one of its functions rather than its purpose.

Method

How the work is done

Monday

Directorate sets the week's message from the research brief and issues the production list by asset code.

Tuesday to Thursday

Every desk produces against that message across every channel simultaneously.

Continuous

Rapid response watch. Anything false and spreading is corrected with documents, not adjectives.

Friday morning

Quality reporting: brand audit, approval compliance, output against the list.

Friday afternoon

Approvals and releases. Anything failing goes back with a written reason.

Saturday

Corrections closed, next week's creative briefs prepared.

Accountability

How this division is measured

Indicators agreed before work begins, reported on a fixed rhythm, with every failure routed to a named owner and a date.

Output against the production list

Whether the operation delivers what it planned rather than what it felt like doing.

Message fidelity

The share of published output carrying the week's agreed message.

Verification failures

Target is zero. Each one is a credibility loss rather than a clerical error.

Approval compliance

The share of released material carrying a valid approval reference.
