We are honest about the demands. The work is documented, measured and sometimes uncomfortable. You will be asked to report findings nobody wants and to hold a standard when the pressure rises.
What it is like here
Everything is written down. That means your work is inspectable, which is uncomfortable at first and liberating afterwards, because nobody here is judged on impressions or on who they know.
Nobody is deployed untrained. Induction is a hard gate, certification is real, and modules are revised every quarter based on what is failing in the field rather than on what sounded good in a curriculum meeting.
You will be bound by confidentiality and neutrality obligations from your first day, and they survive your employment. In exchange, you will never be asked to fabricate anything, to attack anybody personally, or to break the law, and you can say no in writing without consequence.
