Leadership states the case consistently
Any three people from the campaign give the same answer when asked why the client should win.
The written case for the client, and the path that follows from it.
Most campaigns run on an assumption nobody has written down. A strategy document forces that assumption into the open, where it can be tested against evidence before millions are spent acting on it.
We begin with evidence rather than opinion. Research establishes where the client stands and what citizens are experiencing. From that we build the case, identify the audiences who decide the contest, set the path to a majority, sequence the phases and record the risks. The document is then argued through with the client's own leadership until they own it. A strategy the client did not help write is a strategy the client will abandon under pressure.
Baseline research and situation assessment.
The contest, the audiences and the paths available.
The case, the path, the sequence, the risks.
Worked through with leadership and changed in the room.
Agreed, signed and circulated to everybody who needs it.
Reviewed against evidence at agreed intervals.
Any three people from the campaign give the same answer when asked why the client should win.
Spending and effort match the audience map rather than spreading evenly.
Arguments are settled by reference to the strategy rather than relitigated.
The strategy is still being used in the final month rather than abandoned in the first crisis.
We can, and we advise against it. A strategy built on assumption is a preference with a cover page. If time is short we run a compressed evidence exercise first.
You do, entirely, including all working material.
Then we argue it out. If you still disagree it is your campaign and your decision. We record our view and support yours professionally.
Every engagement begins with a short paid assessment of what actually exists, so the proposal that follows is scoped honestly.
