Exclusive Electoral Partnership Policy
Version 1.0. Effective . Owned by Leadership.
1. The commitment
Within one electoral cycle and an agreed jurisdiction, ITESIWAJU serves one political party only. We do not work for two candidates contesting the same seat, or for two parties in the same election, at the same time, in any capacity, through any structure.
2. Why it exists
A firm that quietly served competing parties in the same election would be worthless to both. Every client gives us their strategy, their weaknesses and their data. That trust is only possible if the exclusivity is real, written and published.
3. How it is enforced
- A conflict check is completed and recorded before any engagement is accepted, ahead of any commercial discussion.
- Exclusivity for the duration is written into every contract.
- Only one party section appears on this platform at any time.
- Staff are bound by confidentiality obligations that survive their employment.
- Information is compartmented by role, with access reviewed quarterly.
4. What this does not restrict
The policy is specific to contested elections. It does not prevent us from serving government institutions on public communication and accountability work within lawful procurement, from publishing non-partisan research, or from working with any party in a future cycle once an engagement has concluded.
5. Political neutrality
ITESIWAJU holds no party. Individual staff may hold private political views and vote as they wish, but nobody carries personal preference into professional work, and nobody publicly campaigns for or against any party while employed here.
6. Historical partnerships
Concluded partnerships are archived with their content preserved and clearly dated, and may appear in Projects and Case Studies where written consent permits. Nothing published during an engagement is quietly deleted afterwards.
7. The current partnership
For the 2026 electoral cycle in Ogun State, the contracted party is the Peoples Democratic Party. Its front office is published at /pdp.
8. Questions about this policy
Questions are answered by leadership directly. Write to hello@itesiwaju.org and you will have a reply within one working day.
Ready to build something that lasts?
Every engagement begins with a short conversation about what you are trying to achieve and what already exists.
