The framework

Our own thinking, published in full.

The philosophy, the nine pillar framework and the language standard our political infrastructure work is built on. This is the intellectual property the company runs on, and we publish it rather than protecting it.

The philosophy

Why we publish our own method

A firm that keeps its method secret is selling access to a person. A firm that publishes it is selling the capacity to execute it, which is harder to copy and more valuable to buy.

Everything here can be read, downloaded, quoted and used. If a competitor adopts it and political organisations in this country end up with better infrastructure as a result, that is not a threat to be managed. It is the point.

The method rests on one uncomfortable idea: a promise you cannot check is not a promise. Every framework below exists to make political commitments falsifiable, which is the only condition under which trust can be earned rather than requested.

The word

Itesiwaju means forward progress. The company took the name because it works in the language its clients' voters actually speak, and because it commits the firm to a direction rather than to a season.

The movement model

Why a movement rather than a personality

A political vehicle built around one person inherits that person's ceiling and every one of their risks. A movement built around a word, a plan and a covenant can outlive any individual, absorb new candidates and survive a defeat.

The practical difference shows in the artwork. In a personality vehicle the candidate is the subject of every poster. In a movement, the citizen is the subject, the project is the proof, and the candidate is the guide asking for the chance to build it.

We will not ask you to believe us. We will ask you to check us.

The signature commitment of the framework

Nine pillars, with the five part anatomy every commitment must carry before it can be published.

Language

How the framework speaks

Three rules govern every word produced under this framework: simple everyday English, speak to one person, and start from the pain before the promise.
