Creative Production

Everything the campaign publishes, at volume, from one library, to one standard.

Why this service exists

The problem it answers

A campaign needs hundreds of materials across dozens of formats in a short period. Without a production system this becomes chaos: inconsistent, late, expensive and frequently wrong.

What we usually find

  • Materials arrive late and off brand.
  • The same message appears three different ways in three places.
  • Nobody can find the file that was approved last month.
  • Printers make their own decisions because the specification was vague.

What the client receives

  • Artwork across every required format.
  • An asset register with codes and versions.
  • Approval records for everything released.
  • Quality control at printers and installers.
  • A complete archive at the end of the engagement.
Method

How the work is done

We run production as an operation rather than a service desk. A weekly message, a production list issued by asset code, design assembled from an approved library, an approval workflow before release, and a register recording every version. Volume without a system produces noise. Volume with a system produces presence.

Questions

Common questions

As many as the system supports. The constraint is approval capacity on the client side rather than production capacity on ours.

You do, including source files, fonts licensed to you and the full asset library.

No printer we engage accepts artwork without an approval reference. That single line on an order form prevents most of what goes wrong in campaign printing.

Engage Creative Production

Every engagement begins with a short paid assessment of what actually exists, so the proposal that follows is scoped honestly.
